WHAT IS LIFE SCULPTING?

LIFE SCULPTING is a powerful and intriguing system that explores the dynamics of your family, your thought processes and the experiences which have created your present moment. These energy patterns, which can adversely affect your personality, self-image, physical health and emotional well-being, can be shifted through the use of a unique form of group interaction and intuitive information-gathering.

Watch in amazement as workshop representatives immerse themselves into the energy of your perceptions, your family members, experiences, and you, yourself, in a revealing drama that offers a powerful healing potential unlike anything you’ve ever experienced.

Life Sculpting facilitator, Ingrid Coffin, guides participants into the appropriate interaction for each unique energy “constellation”, creating a healing shift of energy that can affect not only you, but other people in your life as well. Most participants feel an inner shift immediately and are amazed to find that the effects continue to deepen and enrich their lives for months and even years following the workshop.

This is certainly one of the most fascinating workshops that you’ll ever encounter! It is intimate and personal, yet protective and nurturing for even the most private of individuals.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR LIFE SCULPTING

The best way to prepare is to begin asking yourself “What is the one issue in my life that continues to present itself over and over again, a facet of myself that I would like to understand better, or find some resolution to?” Take time to think about it. Go deeply within to discover where you most need resolution, where you most need clarity. Once you find it, this is the issue or facet of yourself that you should bring to the Life Sculpting Workshop.

NOTE: The deeper the issue you present at Life Sculpting, the more profound will be the Work.

It would also be helpful to know as much as you can about your family history – parents, grandparents, great grandparents...as far back as you can go. Find out as much detail as possible. Pay special attention to any dramatic energy-intense events. This would include any negatives that block the positives within your family dynamics, such as illness, premature deaths, family secrets, feuds, abandonment, etc. This will probably require that you ask relatives for information prior to the workshop. Do it! Don’t come unprepared. The more information you have, the better.
